live course starts september 16th 2026
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice, this online mindfulness course provides a safe and supportive space to develop skills that can help you manage stress, focus your attention and feel more present in everyday life.
The Mindfulness Now 8-Week course is a structured, evidence-based programme integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood, while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.
What does the course involve?
As a qualified Mindfulness Now teacher accredited by the Mindfulness Teachers Association (MTA) you can be assured I am committed to high standards, ethics, and ongoing professional practice.
You will:
What’s expected of me?
Just your willingness to take part and be open to exploring the practices. To get the most from the programme, I invite you to:
Mindfulness Now includes eight live 90-minute sessions on Wednesday evenings from 7–8.30pm UK time.
Live session dates:
16, 23 and 30 September
7, 14 and 21 October
4 and 11 November 2026
There is no live session on 28 October due to the half-term break.
Course access
The sessions are held live on Zoom. After booking, I’ll personally invite you into the Mindfulness Now course space inside the Your Mind Works app, where you’ll find all the Zoom details, guided practices, audios and course resources.
The app works on your phone, tablet or computer, with no app-store download needed.
Price and booking
This first-cohort price is £199 for the full eight-week course. Future Mindfulness Now courses will be £260.
Ready to join the course? Book Now and complete your booking securely. You’ll receive confirmation by email, followed by your course access and joining information.
As a duty of care, I will also ask you to complete a registration form with basic health information to be completed before the course starts.
No. We’ll begin with the foundations, so the course works equally well if mindfulness is completely new to you or you want to develop an existing practice.
Each live session lasts 90 minutes. Between sessions, aim for around 10–20 minutes of practice most days. You don’t need to do it perfectly, but regular practice will help you get more from the course.
Sessions aren’t recorded, as this helps protect the privacy of the group. If you occasionally miss one, you can still access that week’s resources and guided practices through the app and continue with the course.
Mindfulness can be helpful during difficult periods, but this course isn’t therapy or crisis support. If you’re experiencing significant mental health difficulties or are unsure whether it’s right for you, please get in touch before booking so we can talk it through.
The sessions take place live on Zoom. Your schedule, Zoom details, guided practices and course resources will be kept together inside your private Mindfulness Now space in the Your Mind Works app.
The course is normally paid in full when you book. If paying in one go would make it difficult for you to join, please get in touch before booking and we can discuss splitting the cost across two payments.
If there’s anything you’d like to ask before booking, just get in touch.
We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, with a break during the October half-term holiday. The final live session takes place on 11 November. Your guided practices and course resources are included and kept together inside the Your Mind Works app.
