Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m a psychologist, integrative psychotherapist and coach, and I created everything on this page because I believe good psychological tools shouldn’t be hard to find or expensive to access.

I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, sleep problems, chronic pain, and the general difficulty of trying to live well in a busy life. My approach draws on ACT, CBT, mindfulness and hypnotherapy with practical, evidence-based methods that help you change your relationship with what’s getting in the way, rather than just trying harder to push through it.
