I know what it’s like when you understand exactly what you need to change, but something keeps getting in the way. The overthinking. The stress that won’t quiet down. The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. I help people close that gap, not through more analysis, but by building the practical psychological skills that let you respond differently in the moments that actually matter.

Alongside 25 years working across psychology, therapy, and coaching, I’ve been building businesses, my own and for others, and pursuing ambitious goals while navigating my own relationship with stress and uncertainty. That experience is a big part of why so many of the people I work with are professionals and entrepreneurs. I know from the inside what it feels like to be driven and depleted at the same time, to want to push forward and know you’re running on empty. You shouldn’t have to choose between ambition and wellbeing, and in my experience, when you stop treating them as opposites, both get easier.

The approaches I use, ACT, CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness, aren’t applied as a formula. I bring warmth, straight talk, and a genuine belief that you’re more capable of change than you might feel right now. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, or simply want to understand your mind so you can work with it instead of against it, there’s a way forward and we can find it together.
