Join me for an inspiring hour to experience mindfulness for yourself and discover what becoming more present can bring to everyday life.
Most of us spend parts of the day physically in one place while our attention is somewhere else. We replay conversations, plan what comes next or move through familiar moments without really noticing them.
Mindfulness helps you notice where your attention has gone and practise bringing it back to what is happening now. It isn’t about emptying your mind, stopping your thoughts or trying to feel calm all the time. It is a different way of paying attention and experiencing more of your life.

What to bring
Please bring a drink with you – tea, coffee, juice, water or anything else you enjoy. We’ll use it for a short mindfulness practice during the workshop.
The workshop will take place live on Zoom. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the joining details and anything you need to bring or prepare.
Not at all. The workshop will be explained clearly and is suitable for complete beginners as well as people who have explored the topic before.
No. You’re welcome to join the conversation and ask questions, but there’s no pressure to speak, share anything personal or keep your camera on.
You’ll need a device with internet access and somewhere you can listen comfortably. Any additional materials needed for a particular workshop will be included in your confirmation email.
This workshop is designed as a live experience and a replay is not currently planned. Booking both reserves your place and ensures you receive any follow-up resources.
