Explore mindfulness through sound, images, movement and film. Across four creative classes, discover how paying attention can help you slow down, notice more and experience ordinary moments differently, then bring it all together by creating a short mindful mini-film of your own.

MIND + WELLBEING SHORT COURSE
We’ll explore first impressions, friendship, belonging and confidence using the themes and characters from Wicked. Across three live classes, we’ll look at how labels can change the way people are seen, what helps friendships through conflict, and how to make your own choices when you feel pressure to fit in.
MIND + WELLBEING class
Why is it easy to feel motivated one day and impossible the next? Explore how mindset affects what we try, why setbacks can change what we expect and what actually helps us keep going. We’ll look beyond “just think positive” and try practical ways to build motivation when something matters.

Once you have booked your place, you’ll receive confirmation by email, followed by your calendar invitation and joining details for your class.
Yes. All classes are held live online through Zoom. They are not recorded, so please check the dates and times before booking.
For an individual class, please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand and I can transfer the booking to another available class. If they miss a session within a short course, they will still receive any relevant resources covering what we explored.
They can join the discussion, use the chat, answer polls and quizzes or take part more quietly. There is no pressure to speak or share personal experiences.
A device with Zoom and a reliable internet connection. You might like to have a paper and pen to make notes or simply make any notes on your device. If anything else is needed, I’ll let you know before the class.
